Our presenter this month was Club Consultant and Industry Expert, Heidi Voss of Bauer-Voss Consulting. Heidi has worked in the Golf & Club industries for the last fifteen years, and frequently speaks at CMAA meetings, and other industry events. With Winter approaching, clubs in "Northern climates" are entering their slow seasons when it comes to golf, so Heidi's presentation addressed everything from why members leave, to how you can engage them to keep them from leaving. Ultimately, it falls on Membership Directors and their staff to make sure that every existing member is utilizing the club facilities, and feels as though their opinion is heard and valued.
